 Is everyone ready for the blazing summer? Are you looking for a way to refresh yourself, and learn how to cook popular Japanese foods? Join us on Friday, June 29th to learn how to make Hiyashi Chuka and Anmitsu, both refreshing and perfect for the humid summer. Hiyashi Chuka consists of chilled noodles with various toppings and vegetables, such as ham, kinshi tamago, cucumbers, and more! Anmitsu is a dessert made of kanten jelly, dango, fresh fruit, azuki bean paste and topped off with a splash of kuromitsu. Come by for a fun lesson and great food!
