お昼の時間を利用してヨガでリフレッシュしませんか?このクラスでは、ゆったりと呼吸しながらのびのび体を動かしていきます。ヨガの様々なポーズと呼吸法で体を隅々までほぐし、全身の血行を促進して疲れやコリをとり除き、心と頭の中もスッキリさせましょう。ヨガで心と体両方のバランス感覚と柔軟性を整え、日々の暮らしと健康にお役立て下さい。一人一人の筋力と、柔軟性に合わせ基礎からゆっくり学んでいくので、ヨガが初めての方、経験者の方どなたでもご参加頂けます。

 

Would you like to make your lunch time calm and relaxing with yoga? With slow movements and deep breathing, you will learn different Yoga forms. The class will be instructed in Japanese so you will not only get a chance to relax but to increase your Japanese language skills, you will also be able to energize your body by freeing the mind and heart. You will find a balance of both the mind and body. This class is for beginner to experienced students.

Mayu is a certified yoga instructor and a founder of Mayu Yoga LLC. Long fascinated by holistic approaches to wellness in Asia – Tai Chi, meditation, and chiropractic, she was intuitively drawn to the ideas that a fully present mind and deep understanding of one’s self are the essence to well-being. She teaches power vinyasa classes at Core Power Yoga DuPont Circle, and offers yoga sessions to individuals, corporates and residential communities in downtown Washington D.C.
