Summertime in Japan means cold noodles, and zaru soba (buckwheat noodles) are the go-to noodles to cool off on a hot summer’s day! They are frequently paired with tempura for a complete meal. Join us on Friday, July 12th to learn how to make this classic summer combination. We will teach you how to prepare and fry tempura, cook zaru soba, and enjoy them with a dipping sauce. Sign up for a fun evening of food and friendship!
