As the temperature starts to cool and the leaves begin to change, fall in Japan means plenty of flavorful foods like takikomi-gohan and yaki-zakana (cooked fish)! Along with miso-shiru (miso soup), these dishes are classic comfort foods. Join us on Friday, September 20th to learn how to make this favorite fall assortment. We will teach you how to prepare yaki-zakana in a frying pan, make eggplant miso soup, and cook takikomi-gohan. Sign up for a fun evening of food and friendship!
